• Before production, we will provide a digital proof for your approval to ensure that the design meets your expectations. Once approved, the production process begins, and changes cannot be made.
  
  
• We carefully inspect each item for quality and accuracy before it is shipped. If there is an error on our part or if the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
  
  
• It is important to double-check all personalization details, such as spelling and dimensions, before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer.
